MFM #2 July 2009: Grapefruits salad

I LOVE citrus ! And at the same time, grapefruits are our favorite citrus in the house. We usually eat it for breakfast, or just for regular snacks throughout the day. Now, that my husband and I started (again !) being conscious of what we're eating, grapefruits become staple in the house.

This recipe is just so easy. The subtle tartness of grapefruits, combined with the acidity of balsamic vinegar, and the richness of extra virgin olive oil make pleasurable palate.
